HONEYGROW RESTAURANTS

LOCATION: TEMPLE, KING OF PRUSSIA (PA); HARBORPOINT, CHARLES VILLAGE (MD), NEW YORK
AREA: 2,500 to 4,000 SF
STATUS: COMPLETED 2018

As the design architect for this growing fast-casual powerhouse, we developed a new architectural language for welcoming, efficient restaurants. The project included a new material palette and fixture concepts, as well as a re-imagined storefront. The primary materials  -- charred wood, hot rolled steel, raku ceramics -- were inspired by heat and fire, key elements of the client's stir-fry menu, and designed to withstand wear and tear. We designed over a dozen locations for the brand and created the first NYC iteration of the client’s smaller-scaled "Minigrow" restaurant brand.
